Android KitKat for the Galaxy S4 and the Note 3 in the UK
The Samsung Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 3 launched in 2013 before Android KitKat hit the market. Both phones are some of the last flagship devices to receive the update.
The update began rolling out over the air. Owners reported that their phones began informing them it was available last night. If you haven’t received the update, it may be because your network hasn't pushed it yet.

Alternatively, it is possible to try and manually update your Galaxy S4 or Galaxy Note 3 through Samsung’s Kies software.
The software includes a new simpler phone dialing interface and contacts are now arranged based on who you speak to/text the most. You can also say “Okay Google” to activate Google Now’s voice control function.
